Shipping policy

Every order ships free, worldwide, with tracking. Orders placed by 2pm ET leave the warehouse the same business day. US delivery: 3-7 business days. International: 7-14 business days. A tracking link is emailed when your order ships; allow 24-48 hours for the first scan. Address changes or cancellations: email support@officialhaven.com within 12 hours of ordering. If your book arrives damaged, send a photo to support@officialhaven.com for a free replacement — no return needed.
